Position Overview
As a Cyber Intelligence Operations Analyst, you will engage in sophisticated assessments of both strategic and tactical intelligence, ensuring the dissemination of critical insights to pertinent stakeholders.

Your role will involve the development and utilization of gathered SIGINT and computer network data to identify potential threats, exploitation avenues, or areas requiring further exploration. You will be responsible for effectively communicating essential information within the intelligence community.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improved data collection and processing techniques, aimed at efficiently extracting valuable intelligence communications from adversarial networks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate computer network exploitation (CNE) concepts of operations (CONOPS) for the Intelligence Community, enhancing capabilities in cyber intelligence analysis.
  • Identify and analyze vulnerabilities to execute cyber operations and CNE against adversary networks through comprehensive examination of complex computer networks.
  • Conduct advanced network mapping, Packet Capture Analysis (PCAP), and other forms of network monitoring and cyber analysis.

Compensation
Salaries for successful candidates will range from $150,000 to $300,000, influenced by experience, education, location, and clearance level.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Active TS/SCI with CI poly (Fullscope Poly highly preferred)
  • Associate's Degree or JCAC Graduate with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in SIGINT, Networking, Cyber Security (hands-on, not policy), or Cyber Intelligence
  • Extensive experience in Signals Intelligence, Network Mapping and Analysis, Cyber Intelligence, or Exploitation
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • TS/SCI with FSP
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Certifications such as GCIH, GPEN, OSCP, CISSP, or similar
