Role Overview:

As an Object-Based Intelligence Consultant at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will leverage your expertise in object-based intelligence methodologies and comprehensive all-source analysis to support the government in shaping object-based intelligence practices within the Defense Intelligence All-source Analytic Enterprise (DIAAE). This position entails structuring intelligence around key objects of interest, integrating authoritative and contributed reporting along with analytical evaluations to enhance insight and analysis. You will take the lead in drafting any DIAAE OBI tradecraft documentation and assist in the creation and revision of related governance materials, including the DIAAE Object Attribute Playbook. Furthermore, you will facilitate sessions for the DIAAE OBI Governance and Tradecraft Working Group (GTWG) and aid in defining requirements for the MARS Object Management Service (OMS) as it is implemented. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering presentations, supporting the Defense Intelligence Enterprise Knowledge Model (DIEKM), and ensuring that the OBI operational concept is well understood across the DIAAE and the broader intelligence community (IC).

Qualifications and Experience:

To qualify for this challenging role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Required Education and Experience:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph.
  • 14 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree, or 12 years with a master's degree.
Essential Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ICD-203: Analytic Tradecraft Standards and ICD-206: Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytic Products, along with familiarity with other relevant Intelligence Community Directives.
  • Ability to engage with senior government leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
  • Proficient in tactical and operational planning across various intelligence disciplines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Senior-level experience in supporting all-source analysis within the Defense or Intelligence communities.
  • Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
  • Experience with Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functions (JMISF) - targeting, logistics, planning, etc.
  • Working knowledge of MIDB, SOM, RKS, FADE.
  • Familiarity with Object-Based Intelligence concepts.
  • Understanding of Joint Doctrine in relation to warfighter support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Background in data science.
  • Experience utilizing intelligence production expertise for data and knowledge integration.
  • Proven ability to adapt analytical procedures to changing requirements.
  • Experience coordinating, drafting, and publishing policy documents related to Defense or Defense Intelligence issues.
  • All-source analysis experience conducting dynamic force tracking at a Combatant Command or at a Service Component Command.
