Senior Weapons of Mass Destruction Analyst

This role necessitates an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance, with the capability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph clearance for eligibility.

Cherokee Analytics is in search of adept professionals to fulfill the role of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Analysts, providing crucial support to our governmental clientele. The WMD Analyst delivers comprehensive analytic assistance across various domains including collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic necessities.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior WMD Analyst:
  • Conducts all-source analytic production concerning WMD, including CBRNE analysis, and engages in collection activities that support both strategic and tactical intelligence objectives and responses to military contingency operations.
  • Analysis and collection support encompass, but are not limited to, WMD threats, the CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, missile systems, advanced weaponry, and associated military operations.
  • Undertakes other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience related to the WMD Analyst role, with a portion of this experience occurring within the last two (2) years.
  • A Master's Degree in a field pertinent to the WMD Analyst position is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and comprehension of the activities associated with the WMD Analyst role necessary to fulfill mission requirements.
  • Exhibits the ability to interpret information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in structuring analysis based on reporting trends and a variety of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibits strong collaborative skills to work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection efforts, and resolving analytic disputes.
  • Ability to produce concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Must successfully meet pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
