About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Contracted Speech-Language Pathologist. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in Dalton, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Treatment
You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs, and provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting.
Collaboration and CommunicationYou will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment sessions.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred. You will also require strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and immediate availability to start.
What We Offer

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and caseload.
