We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Physician Assistant - Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on physical therapy services, prevention, and wellness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
  • Developing and updating appropriate plans of care in collaboration with patients and families, incorporating measurable long-term and short-term goals.
  • Performing age-appropriate competency skills and following intervention protocols to ensure effective patient care.
  • Consistently meeting patient care productivity standards and working cooperatively with supervisors and peers to achieve team goals.
  • Providing positive and professional customer service, while interacting with clients, guests, and hospital personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Physician Assistant - Rehabilitation Therapist, you will need:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure in Physical Therapy (PT).
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Minimum experience: New graduates eligible for licensure will be considered.
