Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate outpatient physician who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish Speaking) and will provide comprehensive primary care services in our outpatient clinic, focusing on a value-based care model to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness promotion, and treatment options.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient encounters and ensure continuity of care.
Opportunity Details:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary, ranging approximately from $290,000 to $325,000 annually.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
