Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate radio and telephone equipment to communicate with passengers, colleagues, and other airport staff.
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Drive ground equipment, such as tugs and bag carts, to assist with aircraft movements and baggage handling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe and on-time departure, including fuel loading and aircraft servicing.
  • Perform other duties as required, such as cleaning aircraft interiors and lavatories, and providing general support to airport operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently; Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasional exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions.
