Job Description

Secmation is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide administrative support to our Business Operations and Human Resources Manager, as well as other members of the executive management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating events, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, drafting and editing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Communication and Routing: Screen and route internal and external communications and inquiries, including visitors, calls, mail, and deliveries.
  • HR Support: Perform various HR support functions, such as recruiting, open enrollment, documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other members of the executive management team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant position or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Requirements: Sitting for prolonged periods of time and able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time or full-time hybrid work-from-home position located in Cary, NC. Workdays are Monday through Friday with flexible work hours.
