Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Technology Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and maintaining confidential files.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with Google Apps.
- Knowledge of office management software and systems.
