Clinical Psychologist - Disability Assessment Specialist
About the Company:MRG Exams is a provider of Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration. Founded in 1998, we help military families achieve work-life balance and make a difference.
Job Overview:We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. As a Disability Assessment Specialist, you will review behavioral health records electronically and conduct comprehensive assessments in person.
Key Responsibilities:- Review electronic behavioral health records through a secure Web Portal
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school
- An active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
We offer competitive pay, malpractice insurance, and health insurance options available. This is an in-person position, working part-time (Monday & Friday) or full-time.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
