About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Operations Manager to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our Learning and Development organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing best-in-class learning solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Operations: Lead the development and implementation of learning operations processes, technologies, and analytics to support the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the administration and maintenance of Kohler's LMS, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal system performance.
  • LMS Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies for the LMS, including user access management, course quality standards, and course setup requirements.
  • Training Rollouts: Partner with business leaders to design and implement large-scale training programs, leveraging the LMS to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with L&D vendors, ensuring best-in-class solutions, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Measurement: Collaborate with the People Analytics team to gather, analyze, and report on learning-related data, informing L&D strategies and driving business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize learning operations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote learning opportunities and engage stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of L&D experience, with 2-3 years of project management experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in LMS administration, vendor management, project management, and data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to drive projects and initiatives independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, with knowledge of best-in-class learning operations practices.
  • Skills: Data analytics expertise, internal communications experience, and proficiency in SharePoint and Excel.
