Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Planning Manager to lead our Holistic Planning efforts across all categories and sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment across all categories and sites.
  • Lead the S&OP reconciliation process to achieve dollarized shipment forecasts.
  • Manage short-term constraints, including supply and site-related issues.
  • Identify and address differences between demand and supply plans by quarter, category, and site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve capacity and scheduling challenges.
  • Develop and implement plans for new product introductions and network design changes.
  • Coordinate with supply teams to achieve backlog and supply projections targets.
  • Lead weekly integrated shopfloor meetings to review MTD projections.
  • Ensure financial reconciliation, including rebates, contingency, and pricing changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum college degree in Supply Chain, Materials Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • APICS CPIM certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Operations Planning, with a strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing.
  • Implementation and use of Advanced Planning Tools, such as SAP's APO DP and SNP.
