Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior management techniques to support students
  • Document all goals and program participation records
  • Work directly with students one-on-one and in groups outlined in their IEPs
  • Assist teachers with classwork and daily care of students with special needs
Requirements:
  • Illinois Paraprofessional Educator license (can be obtained within 30 days)
  • Registered Behavior Technician License
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements
