The Line Therapist, under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is responsible for providing intensive on-site implementation of interventions as identified in the treatment plan, recording data and reporting progress/concerns to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy in individual sessions
- Complete regular case notes as required
- Work under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and where appropriate, other providers to implement individualized goals and checklists
- Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Maintain data as instructed within the Electronic Health Record
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all children and families
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies as directed by supervisors
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all children
