Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and compassionate Intake Call Center Representative to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will serve as the initial contact for individuals seeking legal guidance. Your main duty will be to conduct preliminary intake interviews via phone, collect critical information regarding their legal matters, and evaluate the potential of their cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, a caring attitude, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

This is a PART TIME position with WEEKEND SHIFTS, requiring availability from 8 PM to 8 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Punctually report for scheduled shifts, ensuring your phone is ready to receive calls.
  • Uphold the dignity and confidentiality of clients.
  • Accurately enter data and type information into various databases.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail.
  • Efficiently process documentation for new clients in line with established protocols.
  • Politely and professionally gather essential information from new clients through interviews.
  • Manage and filter inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients.
  • Collect relevant data to facilitate client admissions.
  • Ensure all intake forms are correctly completed and signed.
  • Engage constructively with team members to minimize conflicts and enhance issue resolution.
  • Adhere to protocols outlined in departmental communications, both verbal and written.
  • Comply with standards set by the Florida Bar Association.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

Benefits:

  • Benefits are not provided for part-time employees.

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts.
  • Night shifts.
  • Weekends only.
  • Remote work option available.
