Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough audits of financial records, including credit card transactions, financial reports, and occupancy percentages.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads.
  • Reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity and final bill preparation.
  • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, including processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping and security requests, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired.
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • A flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours is required.
