Job Summary

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of retail professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
  • Team Leadership: Directly lead Assistant Store Managers, Production Teams, and Donation Attendants to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
  • Store Operations: Monitor product levels, manage payroll costs and operating costs, and maintain a clean and well-kept store environment.
  • Community Partnerships: Partner with community businesses and organizations to promote our mission and values.
  • Training and Development: Ensure Team Members are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably in a thrift environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, valid driver's license, and clean MVR.
  • Language: Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
