This position requires the full execution of the sales process, meeting monthly sales objectives, and maintaining a robust CRM system with high-quality outputs.

Utilizing all acquired sales techniques is essential, alongside maintaining organized documentation and recovering any missing paperwork. The role also involves supporting the finance department to achieve optimal Finance & Insurance Profit per Vehicle Retail (PVR). Responsibilities include aiding in vehicle photography, delivering vehicles to partner locations as necessary, organizing the lot, and merchandising effectively. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for the proper check-in of incoming vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Compensation: $14.35 per hour plus commission based on sales performance

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in car sales, is required. A valid Driver's License is necessary, as well as the ability to deliver results and support business objectives. Candidates should be goal-oriented and capable of identifying and addressing business needs.
