About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Care Support Specialist to join our team at Real Comfort Living LLC.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Perform daily operations of assisted living, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents.">
  • Conduct regular safety checks on residents as needed and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.">
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their healthcare plans.">
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports on residents' health status and activities.">
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, and other destinations.">
  • Cook meals for residents as needed, taking into consideration their dietary requirements and preferences.">
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and effective communication.">
  • Prioritize flexibility and adaptability when providing care across various settings, such as group homes and day service programs.">

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.">
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.">
  • Has a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.">
  • Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred but not required.">

Additional Training:

Upon hire, the selected candidate will receive training in Restrictive Interventions, Opioid Overdose Prevention, COPSD, Critical Incident Reporting, and PCRP.

Earning Potential:

">

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
