We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality home healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Personal Care Specialist with Team Select Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult patients with various medical needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator care.
  • Administer medications and chart patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' additional care providers.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a LVN in the state(s) where practicing.
  • Maintains current CPR certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification preferred.
