We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality home healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Personal Care Specialist with Team Select Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued patients and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric and adult patients with various medical needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator care.
- Administer medications and chart patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients' additional care providers.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements:
