$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Home Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Helping with meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Documenting and reporting any changes in the client's condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check.
