Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Verify and input employment documents in USA Staffing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal HR policies.
  • Scheduling and Onboarding: Assist with scheduling pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate personnel files and records in eOPF, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional support to new hires and current employees, addressing their queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • HR Systems Experience: Experience with HR systems like USA Staffing and eOPF, with knowledge of federal HR policies and procedures.
