Key Responsibilities
  • Input and maintain financial data and transactions
  • Evaluate budgets and financial reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Generate detailed financial reports
  • Ensure accuracy in recorded transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee all aspects of Construction Project Accounting
  • Develop accounting policies in compliance with regulations
  • Administer payroll and manage desktop deposits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
