We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing daily living skills support and assistance with personal care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping
  • Provide partial or full assistance with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with communication, socialization, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to the care team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, compassion, and reliability
