We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our digital transformation efforts as a Systems and Platforms Lead. This is a key role that will drive process improvements and optimizations across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process and Tools Innovation: Spearhead ideas for productivity and problem-solving for teams, focusing on process and tool optimization.
- Collaboration Platform Management: Set up, manage, and administer current and future collaboration platforms and tools, including Atlassian (Trello, Jira, Confluence) and Slack.
- Board Audits and Optimization: Spearhead board audits, help review existing setups, and align Trello with business goals.
- Workflow Efficiency: Improve work-flows and key features to maximize productivity, discover better ways to work with Trello, and integrate with 3rd party tools.
- User Support and Training: Provide coaching, training, and support on best practices for current and future collaboration tools.
- Proof-of-Concepts and Custom Workflows: Create Proofs-of-Concept (PoC) and custom workflow solutions for potential implementation using existing and/or prospective collaboration tools.
- Reporting and Governance: Create online forms, setup necessary automations, create reporting dashboards, and establish governance and security policies for relevant collaboration tools.
- Platform Evaluation and Budget Management: Evaluate new platforms and tools for inclusion into current workflow or as a replacement for existing ones, and manage budgets related to relevant platforms and tools.
- Atlassian Expertise: 10+ years of extensive hands-on knowledge and experience with Atlassian platforms (Trello, Jira, Confluence), focused recently on Trello.
- Messaging Platform Experience: Experience managing messaging platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Automation Tools: Experience utilizing associated apps/plug-ins/power-ups/automation tools for above platforms.
- Project Management Best Practices: Understanding of project management best practices for both technical and non-technical types of projects.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business needs, goals, and processes to create processes and workflow that improve efficiencies and qualities of work.
- Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to present to and communicate with C-level executives to operational team members.
