Department Overview:

Role Summary:

This position entails supervisory responsibilities within a dynamic dining environment. The Culinary Service Coordinator will oversee various operational tasks and ensure adherence to dining policies and procedures. Responsibilities include training new staff and student workers, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring exceptional service quality.

Qualifications:

Minimum of six months of relevant work experience.

Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Proficient in record-keeping and form completion.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food service equipment and kitchen safety protocols.
- Understanding of health and safety standards in food preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in food truck operations.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, outgoing demeanor.
- A desire to grow within our innovative dining operations.
