Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Network Technician to join our service team in the Denver, CO area. As a Field Network Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our clients' network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and systems
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on network-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience in network field support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and concepts (SMTP, FTP, SMB, Ports, TCP/IP)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Network+ certification
  • Experience working with Windows servers and common operating systems
  • Knowledge of VOIP technology
