Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality
  • Lead a global team and indirect team of change agents
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Elanco's Operating System and Lean principles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance productivity and margins
  • Champion digital tools and platforms for process optimization

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
  • Experience: 15+ years in Continuous Improvement and operations leadership
  • Expertise in Lean tools and highly regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Background in Pharmaceutical or Animal Health industry
  • Prior experience as a Site Head in manufacturing
  • Strong influencing skills

  • Travel requirement: 40-50%, including international travel
  • Location: Global Headquarters with a hybrid work environment
