Your primary responsibilities will include performing essential cleaning tasks such as making beds, laundering linens, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and ironing. Additionally, you will replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and shared areas.

Ideal candidates should be friendly, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document rooms that have been cleaned and report any lost items, damages, or necessary repairs
  • Oversee the cleanliness of shared spaces including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby
  • Address general inquiries from guests during their stay
  • Perform mopping, vacuuming, bed-making, sheet-changing, laundry, room stocking, and other assigned cleaning tasks
  • Prepare and organize hotel rooms according to our established standards before guest arrivals

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional housekeeping role is preferred
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques is essential
