Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional check-in and check-out services to guests, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
• Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
