Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Therapist to join our team in Denver, Colorado.
Job SummaryWe are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions, implementing intervention plans, and building strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Establish and maintain effective communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Reliable transportation to training locations and the local center, with punctuality essential
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 - $26.00/hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
