Job Summary

We are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions, implementing intervention plans, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Reliable transportation to training locations and the local center, with punctuality essential
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
