Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes nights, rotating weekdays, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate patient registration for all service lines.
  • Conduct eligibility verification and manage pre-certifications and authorizations.
  • Handle financial arrangements and payment collections.
  • Maintain effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient experience.
  • Provide PBX (switchboard) coverage as required.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
