Job Description

The Graduate Assistant Non-Teaching will provide administrative support to the Center for Instructional Innovation & Technology Services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting instructors and students in computer labs as needed.
  • Providing video/web conferencing support, including scheduling and bridging.
  • Working as an assistant scheduler in the Office of the Dean.
  • Configuring A-V setup for auditoriums and smart classrooms.
  • Overseeing undergraduate workers with system setups and configurations in computer labs.
  • Managing and connecting multiple endpoints for class meetings and conferences.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience

To be eligible for this position, applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
  • Be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University.
  • Be in good academic standing.
