Job Description

Covert Cadillac of Austin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Gather and analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our luxury vehicles.
  • Compare and contrast competitive manufacturers and models to ensure customers receive the best possible options.
  • Review and explain warranty and maintenance plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Input trade-in vehicle information for appraisal and negotiate pricing to meet sales goals.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in Automotive Luxury Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Ability to use multiple software applications and complete training programs as required.
