Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leasing properties to prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct property tours, showcase amenities, and sell the benefits of our properties to potential residents.
  • Process leasing applications, collect deposits, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leasing activity, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitor activity, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including property management systems.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
