Job Summary:

The Floating Leasing Consultant is the primary property sales representative and resident customer service liaison at multiple properties in Florida. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, residents, and vendors, while maintaining a professional and friendly office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, offer refreshments, and sell property benefits, requesting deposits and performing all leasing functions.
  • Answer phone calls as the first line of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Complete welcome cards, record traffic, and follow up with customers to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
  • Qualify customers according to property guidelines and adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA laws.
  • Collect required new lease paperwork, fees, and deposits, maintaining accurate resident and leasing records.
  • Conduct daily inspections of models, vacants, and office appearance to ensure readiness.
  • Stay aware of local market trends and conditions, updating the Market Survey monthly.
  • Assist other employees in apartment management functions and use the golf cart safely and legally.
  • Knowledge of the budget and follow up on service requests.
  • Continued training as assigned and bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.

Salary: $18/hr - $20/hr + commission + monthly car allowance.
