Job Summary

Grand Peaks Property is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leasing properties, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and provide a positive first impression of our properties.
  • Leasing: Qualify customers, complete leasing paperwork, and collect deposits and fees.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional and friendly office atmosphere.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, and update our market survey monthly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident and leasing records, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Teamwork: Assist other employees with apartment management functions, and use the golf cart in a safe and legal manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or leasing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of local market trends.
  • Language: Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday - Friday, and weekends as needed.
Benefits
  • Salary: $18/hr. - $20/hr. + commission + monthly car allowance.
