Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and service office machines, including adding, accounting, and calculating machines
  • Operate machines to test moving parts and identify causes of trouble
  • Disassemble machines and examine parts for wear and defects
  • Repair, adjust, or replace parts as needed
  • Clean and maintain moving parts
  • Provide instruction on operation and care of machines to operators
  • Assemble new machines

  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in emergency response tasks and serve on safety committees and teams

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Two (2) years of job-related experience, including basic computer operations skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a government general purpose vehicle
