Job OverviewAt The Brass Tap - Raleigh, we're seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and plating our menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety guidelines and safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
  • Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
  • Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
  • Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
