Position: Canine Resort Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
As a Canine Resort Operations Supervisor at K9 Resorts of Malvern, you will enjoy the fulfilling experience of engaging with both clients and their pets. Your role will involve assisting in the management of daily operations, ensuring a superior customer experience, and supervising staff across all areas of the resort. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to step in as needed. Availability for weekends and holidays is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the mission and objectives of K9 Resorts.
- Foster a strong resort culture by upholding Company Values and Mission.
- Understand budgets, revenue streams, and controllable expenses.
- Encourage staff to take ownership of their responsibilities; delegate tasks and expect accountability and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to all operational protocols as specified in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
- Be proficient in all fundamental functions of the point-of-sale system.
- Open the facility in the morning and ensure its security at closing time.
- Conduct tours of the resort for prospective clients.
- Develop and implement feeding and medication schedules for pets, administering care as necessary.
- Be prepared to perform any task required of any team member at any time.
- At least 2 years of management experience in pet boarding, kennel oversight, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.
- Strong knowledge and experience in business operations, supervision, and management.
- A genuine passion for dogs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
