About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at Los Angeles Christian Health Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to vulnerable populations in our community.

Job Description
  • Provide Comprehensive Medical Care: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with various gastrointestinal conditions.
  • Diagnose and Treat Conditions: Perform specialized tests to diagnose patients and determine proper courses of treatment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with primary doctors, other specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient medical history, exam findings, treatment, and education.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certifications: Valid California medical license and board certification in gastroenterology.
  • Education: Medical degree and completion of a three-year gastroenterology fellowship.
  • Skills: Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures, X-rays, MRIs, and ultrasound scanning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
