Commercial Property Manager Job Description

NorthPoint Development is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our industrial commercial real estate customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tenant requests and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep
  • Manage property and lease files, including correspondence and file notes
  • Prepare and maintain building and property operating budgets
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop 5-year building capital plans
  • Track tenant lease expirations and plan for move-outs and renewals
  • Assist with new building onboarding and warranty reviews
  • Monitor key dates and reporting within Yardi and Salesforce
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of direct commercial and industrial property management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and Excel
  • Familiarity with maintenance, accounting, and tracking software (i.e. Yardi, Salesforce, and Monday.com)
  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality
