Job Description

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends. This involves determining annual sales objectives, forecasting sales volume and profit for existing and new products, and establishing national sales programs.

Sales performance metrics include maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price while keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. The director establishes and adjusts selling prices based on market conditions.

The position requires overseeing national sales operational requirements, including scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and maintaining a high-performing sales staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in sales management.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
