Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales reports, labor data, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Work closely with Team Members to provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the Team Leader in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer needs, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership: Function as the point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
Working Conditions
  • Lifting and Mobility: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
