Key Responsibilities:
- Assist educators in executing activities that are customized to meet the needs outlined in students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Help prepare the classroom environment, provide direct instruction to students, and ensure their well-being.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; additional college credits are advantageous.
- Must secure NYS Teaching Assistant Certification.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary.
