We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to individuals of all age ranges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Create treatment plans that cater to each client's specific objectives and requirements, and apply evidence-based therapy techniques to effectively address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with members of an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and favorable client outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Possess current state licensure or be eligible for licensure.
  • Certification: Preferably have a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
