Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative to join our esteemed team. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Services Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Providing comprehensive information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Assisting guests with inquiries and offering recommendations for local dining and entertainment options.
  • Addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring that every interaction exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, with a strong background in customer service.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.

This position may require standing and walking for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary structure with opportunities for advancement:

  • Initial probationary rate: $15.57, with increases to $16.44 after three months and $17.30 after six months.
