Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Trainee. As a Personal Lines Trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to agents and policyholders in a moderate to high volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents and policyholders via phone and email
  • Process corrections or adjust records as needed, following company guidelines
  • Maintain licenses with the Florida State Department of Financial Services
  • Review incoming endorsement requests and/or email communications
  • Review, organize, and forward information to be escalated for resolution as needed
  • Meet established productivity and quality metrics
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain P&C insurance licenses in all 50 states
  • Passion for great customer service in call center environments
  • Strong punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous call center and customer service experience required
  • Previous Property & Casualty experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external personnel and partners
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • English and Spanish speaking and writing skills desired but not required
