Key Responsibilities- Assist speech-language pathologists in the conduct of client screenings, including language, articulation, and hearing assessments.
- Implement treatment plans or protocols as directed by speech-language pathologists, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
- Support speech-language pathologists in the remediation or development of speech and language skills, working closely with clients to achieve their goals.
- Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality, providing valuable insights to inform treatment decisions.
- Perform support duties such as preparing materials, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical environment.
- Current California SLPA License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Active listening skills, with the ability to give full attention to clients and colleagues.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- A competitive salary range of $72,000 - $85,000
