Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative I to join our team at Apex Health Solutions. This role is responsible for addressing member and provider inquiries in a clear, professional, and caring manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with HIPAA/PHI Regulations and actively adhere to Compliance/Program Integrity requirements.
- Answer benefit, eligibility, claim, network, and authorization inquiries, resolving issues based on phone calls or other inquiry methods from members, providers, and plan sponsors.
- Clearly document all interactions with members, providers, and other individuals contacting the customer service team.
- Routinely interact with internal and external stakeholders to enhance relationships and render exceptional service.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One-two (1-2) years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Medical or health insurance background required.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as reliable transportation support and opportunities for professional growth and development.
